Write your mail on our "translate e-mail" page including the necessary sender/receiver information. After sending your mail, our program will show you the number of words and you can chose your preferred mode of payment. Your e-mail will be stored in our system and the appropriate translator is informed by SMS straight away. The set-up of our system is highly flexible, so every translator has access to his working platform through any computer with internet access. This is how we guarantee the translation and delivery of your mail within 36 hours. Actually, the average time of delivery is about 2 hours after your mail has been stored in our system. The addressee receives your mail with your address as if you had written it yourself. After the addressee has received your translated e-mail you will be billed for the amount due. If you can prove that the e-mail was not delivered within 36 hours, the amount due will be returned or credited to your account and lets-mail.de will translate and send the e-mail free of charge.
